My Story

I'm Claudio Rego, a Brazilian photographer based in Malta. My path began in Brazil, where I ran my own photography studio, before spending two years working as a photographer aboard international cruise ships — fast-paced work that taught me to capture all kinds of people, in every kind of light, and to put everyone at ease in front of the camera.

In 2023 I followed my heart to Malta — I moved here to be with my girlfriend — and the islands quickly became home. I've been photographing across Malta ever since, from the historic streets of Valletta and Mdina to the coast at golden hour. I work across portraits, fitness, events, fashion, couples and family, and I fly a DJI drone for striking aerial photos and video.

Being fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish — with Italian too — I can work comfortably with locals, expats and visitors in their own language. It keeps every shoot relaxed and easy, wherever in the world you're from.
