What should I wear for a fitness photoshoot?+
Fitted, simple gym wear in solid colours photographs best — it shows your shape without distracting patterns or logos. Bring two or three options (and posing trunks or a bikini if it is a physique/competition shoot). I can advise on the right looks for your goal once we plan the session.
How do I prepare to look my best on the day?+
Stay well hydrated through the week and taper water on the day, do a light pump just before shooting to bring out definition, and consider a subtle tan for extra separation under hard light. I will share simple, specific prep guidance when we book so you peak at the right moment.
Can we shoot at a gym, in a studio or outdoors?+
All three. A gym gives authentic training energy, a studio gives clean controlled lighting, and Malta’s seafront and cliffs make for striking outdoor sessions at golden hour. We pick whatever suits the look you are after.
